and the cattle enjoy a natural diet of mountain meadow grasses and alfalfa,
all organically grown in the same valley.

Our exclusive Piedmontese bred beef are hand-raised with organic feed to
ensure a natural healthy meat, free of chemicals, growth hormones and
GMO products. Our beef is naturally tender, lean, low in fat, calories and
